I recently tweaked my back about two and one half weeks ago. About five years ago I messed up my back really bad and actually had laser surgery on my facet joints, in my lower back. Hey, 2 weeks ago i piked up something the wrong way and my lower back started to hurt really bad. but after 2 days all the pain went away. then as i was standing up from putting waters in a container my lower back started to hurt again not as bad though. the next day i woke up and my lower back was still hurting so i took anti inflammatory med, took a bath in pepsom salt, did a couple of exercises, and rotated heat and ice. they all helped alot and almost completely eliminated the pain especially the pepsom salt but i still feel the pain. will it go away eventually? what do i need to do to make it go away? do i need to see a doctor?

Hi, I’ve bought a new bed, it is similar to my previous bed, which had become a bit saggy, in that it has pocketsprings and a pillowtop.
